| Louis Lombardi, Josh David and the whole team at Aero IT have been nothing less than exceptional. When we first met with Louis and Josh we didn’t realize how far behind our computer network system had become. One of the goals in our insurance brokerage firm is to stay on top of technology; we implemented all the suggested improvements and realized a more efficient work environment. They came in, diagnosed the areas for improvement, and mapped out the strategy for implementation. All the bugs were worked out one work station as a test prior to the rollout so there would be little disruption. The workstations were upgraded over the weekend, that Monday morning they were present answering questions and providing help and reassurance to each person, very reassuring to them, no stress for me. I was happy, my employees were happy and we are now current with our technology. Their communication is very exemplary, prior to each step taken, I received a call and an email letting me know in advance what to expect, followed by another phone call and email letting me know what had occurred and that the task was completed; very reassuring. |

| Louis with Aero IT Solutions was very helpful in setting up email system for our dealership. They got the list of employees, setup the emails, trained our employees and set it up onsite. It was an easy implementation. They also did setup our iPhones and Blackberrys. We are now able to chat, email, store documents and stay communicated anywhere we are.
