Baker retired from the Presidency of First Penn-Pacific Life Insurance Company, a member of the Lincoln Financial Group, a financial services holding company with assets of over $95 billion and annual revenues of over $6 billion. Baker received his bachelor’s degree from the University of California (UCLA) and his MBA from the University of Southern California. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive), a Chartered Life Underwriter, and a Fellow of the Life Insurance Management Institute. He has been an adjunct professor of finance at Northeastern Illinois University. |

| Robert Hughes is a Financial Executive with an extensive background in the Insurance industry. His background includes experience in developing and executing strategic business plans, internal and external financial reporting, accounting policy research and implementation, merger & acquisition due diligence and operational risk assessment and management, including SOX compliance. He is presently a financial executive with ACE Limited, an insurance conglomerate with $83 billion in assets and more than $19 billion of gross written premium. Hughes received a MBA in Finance from Temple University, and a BS in Accounting from Susquehanna University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Society of Financial Service Professionals, the Global Association of Risk Professionals and the Financial Executives International. He has over 18 years of experience doing large-scale software development using various technologies, languages and platforms, but is considered by his peers as an expert in C++ and frequently contributes to the C++ community as a whole.
